The Introduction of the Dolls

Well, she really did it (Amy, that is, with the photos; you know, the "Mad Hatter Teaparty" thing). Angelina wears the hat well, don'cha think? I do love my dollies and have fun with them; now Amy wants to make some frocks for hers to match her newly decorated office; she's done a pretty good job already with her two favs Elise and Warren. Pics Amy?

Woohoo! 2 followers! Of course they are both my lovely daughters, but anyway, whoohoo! Amy and I had a photoshoot yesterday and she must have taken 75 pictures; included my BJD's too, the ones that match one of the teapot cozies. She has a new "take" on the "Mad Hatter" tea party; you'll see. ;) Trying to get my boyfriend to be a follower, but understandably he's a little hesitant; but I WILL come up with a manly cozie, you'll see!

How To Tie One On (tie a Suzi's Cozy on your teapot, that is!)

Step 1 - Spread out flat the cozy, inside face up, and place teapot on the center hole.

Step 2 - Trade the oh-so-uncoordinating color of teapot for a better color, and slide the spout under the ribbon loop OPPOSITE the ribbon tie.

Step 3 - Tighten the ribbon around the neck of the teapot, tying the ribbon above the handle. (It's awfully cute to have the ribbon around the spout, too, but, it gets wet during a pour. Better just a ribbon at the handle.)

All done! Unless you want to use the reverse side of the cozy. Same cozy, other side:

Got laid off from my job of 13 years and true to form, have been busy with hobbies and fav pasttimes and this is my latest "fun thing" to do since I love to sew and have a BRAND NEW sewing machine I love.
